
For over a decade, I’ve been passionate about living a balanced, health-focused life. I love creating nourishing recipes in the kitchen using whole, quality ingredients and sharing them with the people around me. I believe in caring for myself as fully as possible - body, mind, and spirit. My days are grounded in regular Pilates, walking in nature, breathwork, meditation, gratitude, and prayer, along with continual learning through reading, podcasts, and ongoing education. You’ll often find me spending time with my dogs, which brings me a great sense of calm and joy. I believe everything works best in moderation, approached with gentleness, self-compassion, and respect for where I am in each season of life.
